Two ex-biofuel bosses in Indiana, US, have been sentenced to prison for their roles in what federal authorities say was a multi-million dollar fraud scheme involving biodiesel.

UK engineering specialist Salunda has developed an advanced sensor technology for the accurate determination of the biofuel content of diesel blends used in a wide range of automotive and industrial power applications.

Indian process solutions company Praj has entered on Wednesday into a binding agreement for cost sharing with Indian Oil Corp. (IOC) to set up two bioethanol plants.
