TransMessis Columbia Plateau (TCP) has moved into the biodiesel plant in Odessa, Washington, US and expects to be operational by the end of November.

A blaze at a biodiesel manufacturing plant in Arizona, US broke out on 16 November.
It is believed a forklift punctured a 330 gallon tank containing an unidentified chemical which sparked the fire, which set off the plant’s sprinkler system.
