Brazilian biofuels producer Vinema Biorefinarias do Sul (VBS) is planning to build the country’s first ethanol fuel mills that use grain as raw material.

Portugal-based engineering company Incbio is to supply a new biodiesel plant to DC Biofuels located in Washington, US.

Thousands of gallons of ethanol leaked after a train derailment in southern Illinois, US just before the New Year.
