Neste RD introduced to the Italian market

Neste is partnering with the Italian fuel distributor Firmin to make Neste MY Renewable Diesel™ available for the first time in Italy.
Neste MY Renewable Diesel (also known as HVO100) has been available in Italy since the new year.

Many Italian logistics companies, public fleets, construction companies and large fleet operators are in the process of switching to lower-emission energy sources, but a large part of the Italian road transport is still powered by fossil diesel.
Neste MY Renewable Diesel will help Italian companies to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions with their existing fleet by switching fossil diesel to renewable diesel.
Neste MY Renewable Diesel is made from 100% renewable raw materials, primarily waste and residue oils and fats. The use of the fuel can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by up to 90%* over the life cycle of the fuel compared to fossil diesel.
