American EcoFuels announces progress on SAF development and patent expansion

American EcoFuels has released a corporate update detailing advances in its sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) programme, intellectual‑property expansion and plans for greater market visibility.
The company recently rebranded from Eco Innovation Group to reflect a broader commercial focus on synthetic fuel technologies, including SAF, SPK, clean diesel and engineered hydrocarbons.
Executive Chairman Brent Nelson confirmed that all patents and pending applications have now been transferred into American EcoFuels, with further IP developments expected.
The company has successfully produced SAF in laboratory conditions and is now working with engineering partners to scale the technology toward commercial deployment. Its proprietary process converts natural‑gas‑based feedstocks into high‑value fuels, with the next phase focused on engineering and offtake opportunities.
Nelson emphasised that the scientific proof‑of‑concept stage is complete, and the company is now prioritising commercialisation and regulatory milestones, including Form 10 filing preparations and potential uplisting
