The first Emirates flights operating with sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) provided by Shell Aviation has taken off from Dubai International Airport (DXB).
Emirates’ flight EK 412 bound for Sydney on 24 October was among the first to operate with SAF.

Southwest Airlines has announced an offtake agreement with USA BioEnergy for up to 680 million gallons of neat sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).
