Minnesotan town evacuated after biodiesel plant fire

A fire at the Minnesota Soybean Processors plant in Brewster, Minnesota caused the nearby town to be evacuated on 24 May.

Nobles County Sheriff Kent Wilkening announced that a couple of explosions were reported around 10 pm and ignited the fire.

The biodiesel producing plant processes uses soyabean as its feedstock.
