LanzaTech announces merger agreement with AMCI

LanzaTech has announced that AMCI Acquisition Corp has scheduled a special meeting of its stockholders to approve a proposed business combination.
The closing of the business combination is subject to approval by AMCI’s and LanzaTech’s stockholders and the satisfaction of other customary closing conditions and is expected to close as soon as practicable.
