German company joins the EWABA fold

EWABA has welcomed German-based trader Gelsenkraft as one of its newest members.
The company was founded in 2010 in Coesfeld and it opened an office in Murcia, Spain, in 2013.
The company trades energetic bio-based raw materials such as oils and fats as well as biofuel certified according to the Renewable Energy Directive of the European Union (ISCC/REDcert).
Gelsenkraft develops complex solutions for its clients including re-packaging, filtering, cleaning, blending, drying and other sorts of treatments.
The team places a strong emphasis on trust and reliability and is constantly looking for long-term partners across the industry from logistics companies to industrial and corporates in need of driving decarbonisation to their operations.
EWABA gathers corporate members active in the majority of EU Member States and in important non-EU markets such as the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
The organisation represents its members’ interests before European and national authorities by directly interacting with officials and decision-makers and distributing a wide array of policy materials such as position papers, consultation responses and policy proposals.
