How and when was TECHNOILOGY born?
TECHNOILOGY was founded in 1950 by my grandfather Ernesto Bernardini, a very talented engineer who pioneered the oil and fat processing sector.
In a few years, first under his leadership and then under my father’s leadership, the company established itself as a leader in the design and manufacturing of plants for vegetable oil and waste oil processing. At the beginning of 2000s, we entered into the field of biodiesel FAME production from UCO and low quality fats and to develop cutting-edge technologies for environmental sustainability in this industry.
