Biofuels International magazine to host Biofuels International Asia expo & conference
The two-day conference and exhibition will be held in the petrochemical hub of Asia, Singapore, on 19-20 November 2009.
Like in other regions biofuels production facilities in many Asian countries are operating at a fraction of their capacity so this conference is the ideal place to bring together medium to large biofuels producers, investors, regulators, project owners and equipment/service providers to discuss the future of the Asian market, including ways to boost the market, future feedstocks – notably jatropha, changes in trade flows and the controversy surrounding how and where feedstocks are grown.
The event has the unique advantage that it is co-located with Tank Storage Asia expo & conference, formerly StocExpo Asia, a very successful show that has been running for the past two years, which focuses on the bulk liquid storage market in Asia.
Previous delegates and visitors to this niche conference and exhibition include representatives from companies such as BP, Chevron, JTC, Horizon, Saudi Aramco, Shell, Star Petroleum, ENOC, Stolt Nielson and Vopak.
By co-locating these events delegates will benefit from gaining knowledge not only on issues surrounding biofuels production, but also on topics such as storing and handling biofuels, current levels of infrastructure and overcoming technical challenges.
