Global Energy Show put back to September

dmg::events has announced the rescheduling of its flagship North American energy event originally scheduled for June.
The Global Energy Show will now take place on 21-23 September in Calgary.
As Canada’s largest and most well-attended business to business exhibition and conference, the event will have 50,000 delegates, exhibitors, partners and sponsors from over 100 countries.
The decision to reschedule the event follows a risk assessment of the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure the safety of all participants.
Nick Samain, vice president of dmg::events said: “Moving the event to the fall is an additional prudent step as we begin to see the return of in-person live experiences.”
The conference, exhibition and programming have expanded and will include sustainable oil and gas, nuclear and SMR, wind, solar, geothermal and hydrogen.
Samain added: “No single source of energy can meet our increased global demands for energy. The show is where Canada demonstrates its vision of energy leadership and innovation, showing the world what is possible when you bring people, technology and imagination together to meet challenges with real-world solutions.”
