Andrea Lazzaro

Originally from Italy, Andrea has been working for five years as the head of business development and business intelligence at WinGD, a global marine engine design company based in Winterthur, Switzerland. He has prior experience working in different industries ranging from passenger cars, trucks, machinery and passenger trains over a 25-year span. Before landing in Switzerland, he worked in the UK and in Chicago, USA. He got a master's degree in engineering from Italy, and an MBA obtained in the UK. At this moment his main focus is navigating the complexity of decarbonization in the marine industry, and on identifying the most promising paths in terms of alternative fuels and technologies for his company.
