Zenergy International takes over Greenlight Biofuels
Chicago-based Zenergy International has acquired Greenlight Biofuels and its assets for $1.5 million (€1.1 million) in a deal that will see Zenergy expanding the company’s revenue.
Zenergy plans to generate capability by providing resources to create a bigger biodiesel client base to purchase the fuel.
This is first of many planned acquisitions that Zenergy has been planned for the future.
The company now owns a facility, which is on 40 acres of productive land. Zenergy has the capacity to produce 5 million gallons per year with room for expansion.
