Felicia is the Methanol Institute’s Managing Director for Europe & IMO, responsible for strategic engagement with EU institutions and the International Maritime Organization. Based in Brussels, she leads MI's advocacy on low-carbon fuels and sustainable shipping, ensuring industry priorities are reflected in evolving regulations. She works closely with member companies to advance methanol’s role in key markets. Previously Head of EU Affairs at OCI Global, she has extensive experience across renewables, natural gas, and hydrogen.
