She is the Founder & Strategic Advisor of StratX Group, where she supports clean fuels innovators with commercialisation, strategic positioning, investment readiness, and go-to-market execution.
Izabela is also the Founder & CEO of Avero Platform, a SAF digital marketplace streamlining commercial relationships, enabling feedstock-to-fuel matching, and accelerating project development across the SAF value chain.
With 20 years of experience in global strategy roles across SAF, biofuels, hydrogen, and industrial decarbonisation, she has partnered with SAF and new energies scaleups, Fortune 500 industrial companies, to secure market entry, unlock new revenue, and build investor confidence.
