In a bid to boost engagement with EU citizens on the subject of renewable ethanol, ePURE has launched a new website named Ethanol Facts.

The site is designed to serve as an online resource for information about renewable ethanol. Specifically, it aims to help inform the public about the production, use, sustainability and importance of ethanol as a renewable fuel.

ePURE, the European association for renewable ethanol, launched the new website on 6 November.

“Renewable ethanol helps reduce harmful emissions from cars, contributing to the fight against climate change and the drive for clean mobility,” said Emmanuel Desplechin, Secretary-General of ePURE.

“We believe ethanolfacts.eu can help provide answers to many of the most common questions people have, and clear up some of the misinformation that is out there.”
